About Midland Kru Day Program

Have a loved one with special needs?

At Randy & Friends, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to grow in their self confidence and reach their full potential.

The Midland Kru Day Program is one component of Randy & Friends.  We provide physically and intellectually challenged adults opportunities to become independent and contributing members of society.

Our Day Program is person-centered and delivers purposeful activities through:

Consistency is important, so we have a daily schedule that enhances learning and stability.

Because our program is person-centered, we establish a personal development plan for each associate, in partnership with family and caregivers.  This plan includes identifying strengths and challenges and then setting goals, while working daily toward achieving those goals.

We stay actively involved in the community through service projects and field trips, and also enjoy monthly visits from community helpers.
